摘　　要：目的:建立用HPLC法测定维C银翘片中马来酸氯苯那敏含量均匀度。方法:采用Kromasil^(TM)C_(18)(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,检测波长260 nm,甲醇-水-36%醋酸(50:50:2)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL·min^(-1),进样10μL。外标法测定含量。结果:精密度及回收率结果良好,平均回收率为99.13%(n=6),RSD=0.69%。结论:方法准确可靠,可用于维C银翘片中马来酸氯苯那敏的样品测定及含量均匀度的测定。Objective:To build up an HPLC method for determination of content uniformity of chlorphenamine maleate in Vitamin C Yinqiao tablets.Method:The HPLC with Kromasil^(?) C_(18)(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used and detection wavelength was 260 nm and a mixure of methanol-water -36% acetate(50:50:2) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^(-1).Content uniformity was expressed by external standard method.Result:The average recovery was 99.13%,and RSD was 0.69%.Conclusion:This method is reliable, accurate and suitable for the determination of content uniformity of chlorphenamine maleate in Vitamin C Yinqiao tablets.
