摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定全国中药材市场商品丹参中4种丹参酮成分的含量。方法:采用色谱柱Elite—ODS(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),流动相甲醇-水(75:25),柱温22℃,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长270 nm。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A、丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮和二氢丹参酮Ⅰ的加样回收率分别为100.6%,100.0%,94.5%,96.6%(RSD=0.9%,1.1%,1.8%,1.4%,n=3)。结论:商品丹参所含的4种丹参酮含量存在较大的差异。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of four tanshiones in Radix Salviae.Methods:The column was Elite-ODS(5 μm, 150 mm×4.6mm) ; the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol-water(75:25),the column temperature was 22℃ ,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the detection was done at 270 nm.Results:The average recovery of tanshinone Ⅱ_A,tanshinone I,cryptotanshinone and dihydrotanshinone I were 100.6%,100.0%,94.5% and 96.6% (RSD=0.9%,1.1%,1.8% and 1.4%,n=3).Conclusion:It was also shown from HPLC the difference in the distributions and contents in Radix Salviae from difficult place.
