摘　　要：目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定利咽灵片中肉桂酸的含量。方法:采用Irregular C_(18)色谱柱,以甲醇-1%冰醋酸(52:48)为流动相,检测波长274 nm,二苯氨基脲作为内标物。结果:平均回收率和相对平均偏差(n=2)分别为:102.0%,0.44%;95.9%,0.42%;95.0%,0.42%;线性范围:1.9—38μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997)。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于利咽灵片的质量控制。Objective:To develop an RP-HPIC method for quantitation of cinnamic acid in Liyanling tablets.Method:The quantitative analysis was performed on a Irregular C_(18) column with a mobile phase of methanol-1% glacial acetic acid(52:48),and detection wavelength at 274 nm and diphenylcarbazide as the internal standard.Results:Good linearity of cinnamic acid was showed within the range of 1.9-38μg·mL^(-1) (r = 0.9997).The average recoveries and relative average deviations(n=2)were 102.0%,0.44% ;95.9%,0.42% ;95.0%,0.42%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.It is suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
