摘 要:将矿渣、水泥粉磨成不同细度,以不同掺量、细度的矿粉与水泥相配伍,探讨其与矿渣水泥强度(以活性指数 表示)的关系.研究表明,在矿渣低掺量(质量分数25%)时,矿渣水泥早期(7d)胶砂活性指数与矿渣水泥总体细度、 水泥与矿渣的细度差均有关,即细度差愈大,总体细度愈粗,活性指数愈高;当矿渣掺量(质量分数)大于50%,细度 差与早期活性有更大的关联性———细度差愈大,活性指数愈高.矿渣水泥后期(28d)胶砂活性则与矿渣水泥总体细 度的关联性很大,细度愈细,活性愈高;而水泥与矿渣的细度愈接近,活性愈高.Slag powder and cement which have various finenesses were blended in different proportions. The relationship between the fineness coordination of slag-cement and mortar strength of slag cement (expression in activity index) at a certain slag content was studied. We found that the early activity index of slag cement was essentially affected by the fineness of slag cement(inverse proportionality) and fineness difference(in direct proportion)at lower slag content and the early activity index of slag cement was essentially affected by the fineness difference at slag content more than 50%. The later activity index was affected by the fineness of slag cement ( in direct proportion) and fineness difference of cement and slag powder(inverse proportionality).
