构建我国多层次的基金评估体系

摘　　要：提出了建立适合我国现实要求的多层次的基金评估体系.这种评估体系分3个层次:基金评级体系,基金分析 体系和基金跟踪体系.基金评级体系主要用来反映基金的历史业绩;基金分析体系是在基金评级的基础上提供更详 细的信息,以满足不同投资者的需求;而基金跟踪体系是通过对基金投资组合的跟踪来更好地把握基金未来的投资 价值.由此给出3个层次的具体框架,并通过实证分析,说明多层次的基金评估体系相对单一的评级具有较大的优势.Compared with the western fund evaluation system,our fund ranking system is so simple that it is difficuld to instruct investors.Therefore I think that we should set up a multiple fund evaluation system,which can be divided into three levels:the fund ranking system to describe funds' performance,the fund analysis system to provide more information to meet different investors' requirements,and the fund tracking system to help investors' know much about funds' future value.I describe the concrete framework of the multiple fund evaluation system,and show its advantages by empirical analysis.
