摘　　要：建设以“新型硬质合金钎具”和“长寿命冲击凿岩钎杆”为标志的有中国特色的现代化钎钢钎具工业,是我国新一代“资源-高科技-外向型”民族工业一个具有战略意义的新的生长点。我国已具备发展现代化钎钢钎具工业所需的人力资源与学科优势,以及雄厚的技术和产业基础,建议在深化体制改革的基础上,将钎钢钎具列为我国重点发展的支柱产业之一,希望政府主管部门着力予以关注、引导和支持。The establishment of the chinese modern rock-drilling tools industry marked by new types of 'cemented carbide drilling tools'and'long service life percussive rock-drilling rods'is a new strategic development point to the new generation of'resources-high-tech-export-oriented'chinese national industry.China has rich manual resources and the advantages of subjects to develop modern drilling steel and drilling tools,and has a strong techniques and industry bases.It is suggested and hoped that the drilling steel and drilling tools should be listed as one of the important pillar industry to develop,and should be concerned,leaded and supported by the government supervisor section.
