运动动机与运动员早期退役研究——对我国甲A男子排球联赛运动员的调查与分析

摘　　要：运用专家检验和评价量表的方法进行运动动机测量与分析,探讨我国男子排球优秀运 动员早期退役的原因并提出针对性建议。主要研究结论:1)男子排球运动员的内、外部动机的强 度都较低,其中,外部动机中的约束动机水平相对较高,无动机水平较高;2)运动员训练主观努 力程度处于中、低水平,且在不同年龄和成绩区间没有表现出显著性差异;3)导致我国优秀男子 排球运动员过早退役的原因是多方面的,其中,运动动机问题是本质问题和最重要原因。Through investigation and analysis on sports motivation, this paper discusses the reasons of our athlete early retirement,and put forward corresponding suggestipns. The result shows that the internal and external motivation intensity of male volleyball players is low. The level of external regulation and no motivation is relatively higher. The subjective effort of training for players is in middle or even low position,and there is no significantly difference. There are many reasons led to our players early retirement,among them,exercise motivation is one of most basic and important reason.
