摘　　要：教育作为生产和供给专业化人力资本的产业部门,在国民经济中处于主导地位,对整个产业结构及其演进具有决定性影响。教育生产专业化人力资本、专业化人力资本的投入和使用促进了产业结构向横向合理化和纵向高度化演进。正确认识教育的产业特性,加快调整教育结构步伐,增加对教育的投入,是推动我国国民经济持续健康发展的重要举措。As a leading industrial sector,education determines the industrial structure and its evolution.(Expertised) human resources is created through education,and its utilization makes industrial structure reasonable horizontally and advanced vertically.Therefore,to understand the features of education as an industry,speed up the adjustment of education structure and increase the education input are significant measures to be taken to ensure the (sustainable) and healthy development of national economy in China.
