关于创建学习型图书馆的思考

摘　　要：作为传播先进文化和文化建设阵地的图书馆,应以党的十六大报告为指导方针,抓住机遇,努力把自身创建成学习型图书馆,更好地为人类进步和社会发展提供精神动力和智力支持。创建学习型图书馆是时代发展的客观需要,也是适应复合型图书馆发展的需要。学习型图书馆必须将全项学习任务作为制度固定下来,用完善、严格的制度来保证与规范,倡导积极的学习环境,构建图书馆共同愿望,建立大家愿意分享知识的文化。Library as the field of communicating advanced culture and cultural education should follow the guiding principle of the CPC’s 16th National Congress,seize all opportunities,strive for the establishment of its (learning-oriented) library,and offer spiritual power and intellectual support for the progress and social development of human beings.To establish the learning-oriented library is the objective need of the development of the time and the need of the development of the compound-oriented library.Learning-oriented library must gear its focus on all learning tasks,work out perfect and strict regulations,advocate active learning environment,establish the common wishes and accumulate the culture of knowledge learners like to share.
