西部小城镇建设的生态环境影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过研究西部小城镇建设与生态环境之间的相互关系,认为生态环境的保护和建设是西部小城镇建设的前提,西部小城镇建设有助于改善生态环境和维护区域生态安全。影响西部小城镇建设的生态环境因素分为发挥因素(新区位、能源矿产及生物资源、旅游资源)和限制因素(水资源、地质地貌、土地资源及气候条件),最后从观念转变对策、制度对策、城建对策三个方面探讨了区域发展背景下西部小城镇生态化建设的新思路。On analysis of relationship between ecological environment and the construction of small cities and towns in West Region in China,the author believes that the former is the premise of the latter, the latter can improve the former and defend the eco-environment's security of the region.The ecological environmental factors which affect the construction of small cities and towns are divided into two types.One is developable and the other is restrictive.Three new countermeasures are put forward for ecological urban ization in West Region under the background of regional development, including idea-changing, system-forming and eco-construction of cities and towns.
