摘 要: 利用真空输纸原理,建立了真空输纸板的透气面积和关键结构参数之间的数学模型;基于纸张受力分析,推导出侧规拉纸力与气腔气体流量之间的函数关系,并经实验验证,该模型与实测曲线一致。研究表明,侧规拉纸力分别随着气体流量、透气面积的增加而增加。Suction-tape feeding technology is a new conveying paper way. It remains a problem that the variation of the flow amount of air chamber under the suction-tape feed table influences the side lay's drawing force. That makes the paper's position precision improper. According to the vacuum feeding theory, a mathematical model between the leak area through suction of the table and the key structural parameters was established. Based on force analysis, the function of the side lay's drawing force and the flow amount of the air chamber was set up, and verified with experience. It is shown that the more the flow amount of the air chamber is supplied, the higher the side lay's drawing force; the more the quantity of the leak area is, the higher the side lay's drawing force is.
