摘　　要：根据电机学原理中三相异步电动机的起动特性 ,提出了一种在现场使用简单方便的计算起动电阻的方法 ,并举例说明了其计算过程。根据该方法可利用现有的电阻片 ,重新选择起动电阻 ,既改善了电机的起动性能 。The paper puts forward a method of calculating resistance in the spot based on the moving characteristic of wound primary tape three-phase asynchronous electromotor. The calculating process is illuminated through a example. Through using the method ,the starting resistance can be chosen over again making use of the old resistance. The performance can be improved and the resource can be saved.
