摘　　要：在城市化和城市现代化进程中,适时适度开发利用地下空间,对城市发展的积极作用,已有所共识。但是,在中国城市发展很不平衡的情况下,在今后漫长岁月中,城市地下空间应当如何发展,确立什么样的目标,走什么样的道路,是值得认真研究的。本文对中国现有六百多座城市的发展程度进行了分类,并依据其中最发达的一类特大城市的情况,对以上有关问题作了初步探讨,并得出适当的结论。During urbanization and modernization of a city, it is a common knowledge that proper and in-time development of underground space will have active influence on urban development. However, under the situation of unbalanced development of the cities in China, how to develop the urban underground space? What is the target for its development? Which way should we choose for its development? All these are worth to consider seriously. In this paper a classification of degree of development for about 600 cities in China is given; the abovementioned problems are discussed based on situation of super large cities, some conclusions are drawn.
