摘  要:合成了一种新型结构的高分子固体电解质型防静电剂,考察了Li/O、防静电剂浓度、涂层厚度、涂层液pH值、温度、湿度等与高分子固体电解质的表面电阻关系.研究结果表明,由聚乙二醇-马来酸酐-丙二胺与Li盐构成的该高分子固体电解质型防静电剂具有较低的表面电阻,可满足感光胶片PET片基防静电的要求.配制该防静电剂时Li/O应控制在7.5,浓度控制在4%~6%为宜,涂布时防静电涂层厚度宜控制在1.0 μm左右,防静电剂表面电阻随温度升高而降低,湿度对抗静电剂表面电阻的影响不大.In the artical a new type of SPE, used as antistatic agents in photographic films,was designed.The SPE and the antistatic coatings were studied by available means.Some properties and characters of antistatic agent,such as the followings,were investigated:1) The surface resistance of different SPE;2) The effects of Li/O on the surface resistance;3) The effects of the concentration of the antistatic agent on the surface resistance;4) The effects of the thickness of the coating layer on surface resistance;5) The pH of the coating solution on surface resistance;6) The temperature characterization of surface resistance;7) The effects of RH% on surface resistance.particlea has high conductivity at low temperature & low humidity. The research result of this paper has a good guiding meaning for further exploitation and application of the SPE used as antistatic agents.
