摘 要:膜分离技术以其高效、绿色的特点在中药有效成分和有效部位的分离纯化中得到了越来越广泛的研究和应用。作者介绍了膜分离技术的基本原理,分析了其在中药有效成分和有效部位的分离纯化的适用性和技术优势;对中药有效成分和有效部位分离纯化用的常见膜材料如聚砜、醋酸纤维素、聚丙烯腈等高分子材料以及无机材料等进行性能比较,并列举了应用实例;提出了选择膜的一些主要考虑膜的物理化学稳定性、膜的通量和选择性、膜污染、膜面预处理等,为正确选膜提供参考。Membrane separation, as an efficient and green technology, has found more and more research and development reports in the separation and purification of the effective parts and components of traditional Chinese medicine. The basic principle and mechanism was first described in this paper, and the applicability and technological advantage was analyzed accordingly. Then, the separation performance of commonly employed membrane materials including polymeric materials such as polysulfones, cellulose acetate, polyacrylonitrile as well as inorganic materials was compared out and the application examples were presented.Finally, the major considerations in choosing the membrane materials were tentatively listed, including the physical and chemical stability, the flux and selectivity, membrane fouling, and pretreatment of membrane surface.
