摘　　要：通过分析塌科机理，实现了用塌料探测器自动检测微碳铬铁生产过程中的塌料，并提供可靠的信号和数模，采用计算机自动控制塌料过程中的电极升降，提高产品的品级率。Abstract Through analysing the mechanism of raw materials falling down, automatic measurement of raw materials falling down with the detector is realized in the extra-low carbon ferrocliromium product ion,and also the reliable signal and mathemat ic model are presented.Electrode liftiug and droping is controlled antomatically by computer during the falling down of raw materials therefore,the rate of product grade is improved.
