摘  要:微碳铬铁精炼炉的炉衬寿命较短,为监测其侵蚀情况,在炉底埋设热电偶。经理论计算和实测校正,得到测温点温度TX与炉衬未侵蚀镁砖层层数H间关系式,再用上位机显示炉衬侵蚀情况。监测结果表明,与实际值相比只偏差0.5层镁砖,并使炉龄提高30%。Abstract Refining furnace line life of extra-low carbon ferrochrome is shorter, in order to monitor the line's erosion condition, thermal couple is placed in the bottom of furnace. Through the theoretical calculation and practical rectification,the relationship formula between temperature Tx of measuring point and layer number H of unerosed magnesia bricks is obtained,than, by upper computer,the line erosion condition is showed. The measuring result shows that it is ±0.5 layer number deviation of magnesia brick to real number and the furnace life can be increased by 30%.
