摘 要:利用分子设计原理,从研究络合脱钙机理出发,研制出新型高效原油脱钙剂WA。评价结果表明,WA型脱钙剂对新疆混合原油中Ca金属元素的脱除率大于 80%,对其中Ca、Fe、Mg、Cu等金属元素的总脱除率接近 60%。同时发现,经WA处理后,原油的黏度、密度和灰分均有所降低,即WA可部分改善原油品质,有利于原油的后续加工。利用L9 (34 )实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、加剂量和脱钙剂溶液pH值等因素对脱钙效果的影响作用,并为工业应用提供了有价值的工艺参数。The investigation into the mechanism of the decalcifying agent with the metal elements in crude oil indicated that the stability of multi-component complex was more than that of simple complex.Based on this theory,the new type of decalcifying agent (WA) was developed.In the laboratory scale,WA was applied to treat Xinjiang mixed crude oil.The results showed that the yield of decalcifying was more than 80%,and the yield of removing metal element such as Ca,Fe,Mg,Cu was about 60%.The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time,pH value of aqueous solution of decalcifying agent and the dosage of decalcifying agent on the decalcifying efficiency was determined.The results demonstrated that these influence factors had their optimum amount respectively.It was also founded that the crude oil was partly improved after treated by using WA.
