中医学“正气”应包括微生态与免疫平衡

摘　　要：从文献、临床与实验研究入手 ,选取中医学“邪正相争”较为激烈典型的肺系疾病常见病证作为临床与实验研究对象 ,研究中医邪正发病学说与免疫及微生态平衡相关性。获得经计算机统计学处理的数据图表 5 0张 ,结果表明 :微生态平衡 ,以及在病原微生物的刺激下免疫系统正常的应答反应能力及其所表达的功能是构成“正气”的重要因素。其具体表现为 :菌群密集度均衡、菌群多样性明显、优势菌以有益菌为主 ;抗体IgG、IgM、IgA均正常。CD4/CD8比值正常 ,血清补体C3 滴度正常。Proceeding from the documents,clinical,as well as experimental studies,with choosing pulmonary system commonly encountered diseases,which the counteractions were sharp between vital energy and evils,as clinical and experimental studying object,the relationship between balance of microecology and TCM theory of vital energy against evils have been studied.And experimental data gotten from the 50 statistical charts that were analysed by computer.The result shown that the construction of vital-Qi has involved following factors:The balance of microecology,the ability of immune system response to the attacking of pathogenic micro-organism and their reactions against those attacking.In a conclusion,the following factors are considered important for evaluating the vital-Qi:The balance of population density,obviously population diversity and predominating population dominats the bacterium;having normal balance within IgG,IgM,IgA;the ratio of CD 4/CD 8 is nomal and the C 3 titer of complement of blood serum is normal.
