痛风贴治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察痛风贴治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :选择急性痛风性关节炎患者 90例 ,随机分为痛风贴组 6 0例和英太青凝胶组 30例 ,两组疗程为 7d ,观察两组给药前后的症状、临床积分等参数的变化。结果 :治疗组给药前后比较症状改善明显 ,临床积分下降显著 (P <0 . 0 1 ) ;给药后两组比较 (P <0 . 0 1 ) ,治疗组和对照组差异有显著性。结论 :痛风贴具有显著的抗炎、消肿、止痛作用 ,无明显毒副作用 ,是一种安全有效的外用贴剂。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Gout Paste on gout arthritis. Methods: Select 90 acute gout arthritis patient as examples, and randomly divide them into the Gout Paste group(60 examples)and Yingtaiqing taiqing gel group(30 examples). Treat for 7 days, and observe two group's symptom and the clinical integral parameters given the medicine and before.Result: It is obvious that symptom of treatment group have more improvement, clinical integral drop notable (P<0.01); Comparing two groups after given medicine (P<0.01), it has significant diffirence between treatment group and compare group. Conclusion: Gout Paste have notable effect of fight scorching, detumescence, relieve pain;its curative effect is better than Yingtaiqing gel;the duration of curative effect is longer than Yingtaiqing gel, without obvious poisonous side effect.It is a kind of effective safety pastes dose with external use.
