福建电网在线稳定控制系统中华东电网的实时动态等值研究

摘　　要：福建电网的在线稳定控制系统进行稳定计算时需要华东电网的实时动态等值模型。文章首先确定了华东电网等值系统的网络结构,保留了关键的线路和节点,将同调机群等值为相应机组。通过研究等值系统参数和实际系统变量之间的变化规律,提出了在实际运行中根据采集到的信息对等值系统参数进行实时修正的方法。计算结果表明,采用文中方法得到的等值系统能比较准确地模拟实际系统并反映电网运行方式的变化,从而更有效地利用联络线的输电能力。Stability calculation of the on-line stability control system of Fujian power system requires the real-time dynamic equivalence model of East China power grid. Here, the authors determined the network structure of equivalent system of East China power grid, in which the key transmission lines and nodes were retained, and the coherent generator group was equivalent to corresponding aggregates. Researching the variation regularity between the parameters of the equivalent system and that of the actual system, a method, in which the parameters of equivalent system were modified in real-time mode according to the collected information of actual system, was proposed. The calculation results show that, using the equivalent system by the proposed method, the actual system could be well simulated and the change of power system operating modes could be well reflected to utilize the power transmission capability of the tie-line more effectively.
