摘  要:高压电力电缆分布电容数值很大,会给保护带来不利影响,因此在电缆保护配置中必须对其加以考虑。文章采用电磁暂态仿真程序ATP(AlternativeTransientsProgram)建立了基于分布参数的电缆线路模型,分析了在各种故障情况下分布电容对分相电流差动保护的影响,并对电容电流补偿前后差动保护的动作情况进行了比较。仿真结果表明:分相电流差动保护应用于高压电力电缆时必须进行电容电流补偿;电容电流补偿不仅可以降低差动保护的整定值,有效提高保护的灵敏度,而且可以提高保护动作的可靠性。The high voltage power cable possesses large distributed capacitance that brings adverse impact to protective relaying, so it must be considered in the configuration of protective devices for power cable. Utilizing the alternative transients program (ATP), the authors built up the model for cable line based on distributed parameters, analyzed the impacts of distributed capacitance on differential current protection under different fault conditions, and the action situations of the differential current protection before and after the capacitance current being compensated were compared. Simulation results showed that when differential current protection is applied to high voltage power cable, the capacitance current should be compensated; the compensation of capacitance current can not only reduce the setting value of differential protection and effectively improve the sensitivity of the protection, but also improve the action reliability of the protection.
