受激冷却温度场的描述新规则及应用

摘　　要：用传统的T(温度)-t(时间)-r(位置)方法分析受激冷却温度场,存在表达不直观、理解困难的问题,有必要建立新的描述规则。设计了测试模型,获得大量的数据,由此提出一种新的描述规则T-ln(t)-r,称对数时间等温线图,简称 SS线图;对数时间等温线图中,S线是相区分界线,SS线图可为受激冷却材料结晶机理的研究提供重要手段,SS线图另一重要用途是作为受激冷却材料制造中的炉前快速检测依据。It is difficult to analyse chilled temperature field by using tradition T(temperature)-t(time)-r(location) method for its no description straightway and understanding difficultly. New regulation of T-ln(t)-r(calls logarithmic time isothermal chart or “SS” chart) based on testing model that we have designed and magnanimous data that have gained from model, The S line is phase boundary, and 'SS' chart provide the important method for researching chilled material crystal theory, and made a basis for quick testing of chilled material.
