摘　　要：通过对调高系统的执行元件——调高油缸的工作原理的分析,提出了播臂在调高过程中产生振动、噪声的问题,为了消除上述液压危害,在调高系统回路上设置阻尼孔,使油缸回油腔建立足够的背压,以平衡重力矩,保证摇臂下降平稳。Through analyzing the working principle of height - regulating hydro - cylinder raise the problems of the ranging - arm producing vibration and noise during adjusting. For eliminating the hydraulic harm,set up damping hole at the return of height - regulating system to establish enough back pressure in return oil cavity in order to balance the gravity moment and assure smooth decreasing of the ranging - arm.
