摘　　要：底层框架砌体结构房屋为上刚下柔的结构体系,在历次地震中屡遭破坏。文中从刚度、强度、延性几个方面对该类结构体系抗震性能进行了分析,并提出了抗震概念设计的几点建议,对于此类建筑的抗震设计具有一定的参考价值。Multistory masonry building with bottom story flame is a kind of structure with ragid upper stories and flexible bottom one. Some of these buildings are destroyed seriously by every earthquake. This paper analyzes anti - seismic performance and anti - seismic concept design suggestion about this kind of building It has big value to anti - seismic design of this kind of building.
