摘　　要：以市场经济中居民这一微观主体的产权构成为视角,通过剖析居民财产权的生成机理与学说渊源,从中揭示居民财产权在不同地区、不同历史时期的本质要求与制度规范,进而阐述居民财产权作为一种权利性产权与企业产权、国家产权的不同及相互之间的冲突,指出现代市场经济必须通过权利界定、权利分割、权利对等来理顺居民财产权,加强对我国居民财产权的保护和扶持,适应经济增长对居民要素贡献的迫切需要。By analyzing the theories and origins of generalization of inhabitant's property rights, and from the perspective of the constitution of the property rights of inhabitants, this article discusses the substantial requisition and the systematic norms of the inhabitant's property rights in different areas and historical periods. Furthermore, through the comparison of the differences and conflicts between the inhabitant's property rights and those of the enterprises and of the nation, the article points out that modern market economy is to deal with properly the inhabitant's property rights by means of clear definition of rights, rights of division and the rights of equivalence, so as to protect and prop up the inhabitant's property rights of China, and cater to the requirements of the economic growth.
