汉族人群精液ALFuc型频率分布调查及人体组织、分泌物ALFuc分型

摘　　要：应用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦对人精液的α-L-岩藻糖苷酶（ALFuc）分型检测，检出ALFuc1型、2型和2-1型三个表型。计算汉族人群基因频率ALFuc^1＝0.7857，ALFuc^2＝0.2143。对人体组织作分型检测发现睾丸、卵巢、子宫肌、肝、肾、肾上腺、脾、胰和肠等能分出ALFuc型别。对ALFuc遗传学多态性在法医学精斑鉴定中应用作了简要讨论。Semen ALFuc phenotypes were investigated by ltrathin PAGIEF.Three common phenotypes(ALFuc1,2-l and 2)were observed.The calculated gene frequencies of the Hans in China were ALFuc1＝0.7857,ALFuc2＝0.2143.ALFuc types were detect-ed from human testis,ovary,uterus,liver,kidney,suprarenal gland,spleen,pancreas and intestine.Applicabitit of ALFuc typing in the identification of seminal stains was briefly discussed.
