摘　　要：理解安全内涵的不同视角,导致了不同的安全实现的可能性限度。"优态共存"的安全哲学新理念源于《易经》"保合太和"的安全思维,合于"建构主义"的安全理论。"优态共存"倡导"和合共建"的安全模式,以超越"隔离防守"、"进攻拓展"、"结盟协作"的安全模式及其相应的"防御性现实主义"、"进攻性现实主义"、"新自由主义"的安全观,并为非传统安全的维护确定重视"人的安全"、"社会安全"与"全球安全"的价值取向。The presentation offers a new concept in security philosophy, ″superior co-existence″,inspired by the ″Baohe Taihe(保合太和)″security approach in The Book of Changes(《易经》).The security problem is the most important thing in the existence of human beings. It is the basic value for human pursuit and the first strategic goal of national development. Security philosophy is the reflection of theory concerning how to live safely, and how a situation of security could be realized. According to the security philosophy, the interpretation of the nature of security would restrict the possible means of achieving security. If one is to interpret security as ″the absence of threats″, a hostile situation is likely to occur to guard against threats. If security is understood as ″interactive cooperation″, it will lead to a superior state of co-existence.In the history of China, the prevalent interpretation of security is to obey the rule of peace and cooperation. The best representative of this is The Book of Changes. It is a first book for security and a remarkable book dealing with special security consciousness, security principle, and security category. The Book of Changes puts forward a new concept of broad security in light of the relevance of security to the existing situation of human beings. It explores the theoretical paradigms of security according to the ″The Doctrine of the Mean (Zhong Yong)″. Therefore, the Chinese have had a broader and more cooperated sense of security thinking from ancient times to now.In fact, threat and fear are strong words to alert vigilance in life, and are always connected with the experience of danger, or with history of nation's survival. If we only regard security as the ″absence of threat″, then we will find the ″threat″, even though it may sometimes be only an illusion. Therefore, we will inevitably find the imagery enemy and vengeance will constantly be on our minds. If we could pursue the target of security value as superior co-
