摘　　要：在全面调查和分析现状的基础,从人才、资金、科研、信息等方面提出了舟山市海洋生物资源研发的对策,强调了孵化器在科技创新中作为"生产企业的企业"的重要作用。This paper puts forward the countermeasure of ocean bio-resources research and development in Zhoushan from aspects of person with ability, finance, science research, information based on overall investigation and state analysis; emphasizes the important action of hatcher as enterprise which produce enterprises in sci/tech innovation .
