摘　　要：研究铁锰结核矿中Ｃｏ元素的测定方法。首先，采用积分方法，确定Ｃｏ元素的分析区间，精确到小数位。其次，通过逐次逼近，扣除本底面积和其它相邻元素的相互影响，求出Ｃｏ元素的净面积。通过测量一组国家标样。使用线性回归方法使均方误差Ｓ＿（ｍｅｔｈ）＝０．０２４％。Themeasurement of cobalt in ocean manganese-iron nodule is discussed.First, adopt the integralmethod to define the range of cobalt accurate to decima. Then through progressive approximatim,mi-nus area of background and influence of other neighboring elements,the exact area of cobalt can begot,a group of national standard samples are measured , and using linear regression method getsS_(meth)=0.024%.
