摘　　要：本文通过蒂伯特模型,从理论和实际上解析我国农村剩余劳动力转移的原因所在;并指出农村剩余劳动力转移在一定程度上缓解了农村对社会保障的巨大需求压力;但解决农村社会保障问题的根源在于发展农村经济。最后,提出了促进我国农村社会保障发展的对策建议。Using Tiebout model, this paper explains the movements of excess labor from rural area to cities, and points out that the movements of labor reduces the pressure from the demand of social security in rural area. However, the problem of social security in rural area is in fact the economy development. We give some suggestions to construct social security in rural area in China.
