摘 要:在直径为50mm的鼓泡床反应器中,模拟工业反应器操作条件,研究了空气通气量、温度、压力、苯甲酸添加量以及苯和水初始含量等不同工艺参数对甲苯液相氧化反应的影响。结果表明,适宜的操作条件是温度165℃、操作压力1.0M Pa。对单位质量的甲苯空气通气量低于0.62kg/(kg.h)时,反应速率受供氧限制。反应体系中苯甲酸的质量分数达到0.1%时便可引发反应。当反应体系中苯或水的质量分数超过2%后,反应转化率随苯或水含量的增加而降低。Effects of operation parameters, such as air flux, temperature, pressure, benzoic acid addition amount and initial amounts of benzene and water, on liquid-phase oxidation of toluene by air were investigated in a φ 50 mm bubble column reactor. Optimal operation conditions were reaction temperature 165°C and pressure 1.0 MPa. Reaction rate increased along with air flux and was restrained when air flux was below 0.62 kg/(kg·h). Benzoic acid was used as initiator and only 0.1% (mass fraction) was enough to initiate the reaction. Both benzene and water significantly inhibited the reaction when their content were more than 2% (mass fraction).
