摘　　要：目的 采用SPE-HPLC法测定乳增宁片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法 以甲醇-水(55:45)为流动相,Hypersil ODS(3)柱 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,流速1 ml／min,检测波长230 nm。结果 淫羊藿苷的测定在0.05733-1.911 mg范围内 线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.4％,RSD为1.2％。结论 方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于乳增宁片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。Objective The purpose is to develop SPE-HPLC method for the assay of Paeonol in Ru Zeng Ning tablet. Method Separation was performed on a Hypersil ODS(2) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase consists of methanol:wateer(55: 45,v/v). The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The UV detect wavelength was set at 270 nm.Result Icarrin had a good linear relation in the range of 0.05733-1.911μg, the average recovery was 100.4% and the RSD wasl.2 %. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive and rapid and it could be applied to determinate the content of Ru Zeng Ning tablet.
