输卵管插管及导丝治疗输卵管阻塞1101例效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨COOK导丝用于电视宫腔镜下输卵管阻塞治疗的临床效果。方法:1101例输卵管阻塞性不孕患告,在电视宫腔镜下对阻塞的输卵管行插管加压疏通治疗,对未能疏通的输卵管进一步用COOK导丝疏通治疗。结果:1101例患者中1555条输卵管阻塞,139条通而不畅:经输卵管插管加压疏通治疗,85条通畅;进一步用COOK导丝治疗,1213条通畅及70 条通而不畅,输卵管的通畅率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:输卵管插管及COOK导丝用于电视宫腔镜下输卵管阻塞的治疗,能有效疏通输卵管,显著提高输卵管的通畅率。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of fallopian intubation and guide-wire under hystcroscope on tube obstruction. Methods: 1 101 sterile women with fallopian tube obstruction were treated under TV hystcroscope. COOK Roadrunner guide wire was used to canalize the obstructed tube after intubation was failed. Results: 1555 fallopian tubes in 1 101 women were found to have obstruction,and 130 tubes were partial obstructive. 85 tubes of them were reopened after first step of pressurized canalization with intubation. However, after the second step with COOK guide wire, another 1 213 tubes wen- reopened,and 70 of closed tube became partial obstructive, the change was significant (P<0. 01). Conclusion:Canalization with COOK guide wire under TV hysteroscope is available in clinical treatment of fallopian tube obstruction.
