摘　　要：　目的: 探讨小儿漏斗胸治疗经验。方洁: 应用克氏针支架对 21例小儿漏斗胸行胸骨上举矫形术。结果: 全部病例矫形满意。结论: 小儿漏斗胸可合理早期手术, 胸骨上举术可取得良好的矫形效果。Objective:To probe into the treatment experiences of children with funnel chest.Methods:21 children with funnel chest were corrected by sternum elevation with fixed-ffanme & Arch K needle.Results:All cases were corrected with satisfaction.Conclusion:Children with funnel chest should rationally conduct early operation, and sternum elevation could achieve a favorable orthopedic effect.
