摘　　要：在全面分析农业高校知识产权管理中存在主要问题的基础上 ,提出了开展知识产权教育、宣传与培训 ;建立、健全高校知识产权保护制度和健全农业科技创新激励机制等 3点建议 。The article is on the basis of analyzing subject matter existing in agriculture's intellectual property rights management in an all-round way, and has proposed launching intellectual property rights education, propagating and training. Tosetup and perfect university's intellectual property rights protection system and perfect such 3 suggestions as the innovation incentive mechanism of agricultural science and technology, etc, in order to arouse the enthusiasm that agricultural scientific and technical personal invented and created.
