摘　　要：医院作为知识、技术密集型的组织、在知识经济背景和日益激烈竞争的市场环境下,如何积极探索、努力创新,实现医院的跨越式发展,正是医院管理者的急需思索、决策解决的问题。本文从医院创新的必要性、医院创新的重要条件和医院创新的重要内容三个方面论述了医院在知识经济时代的创新问题。Hospital is an organization of centralized knowledge and technology. The leaders of hospital should consider and determine how to solve the problems they are facing now, such as innovation, fast development of their hospital. This article introduces the necessity, conditions, concept and contents of hospital innovation in knowledge and technology era.
