面向数字城市空间管治的嵌入式GIS规划红线管理信息系统研究

摘　　要：探讨了基于嵌入式GIS的城市规划红线管理信息系统 (eURLIS)总体结构模型。在PDA上设计实现了系统的红线查询、红线生成、红线量算、红线统计、红线指标分析和红线草图绘制等功能模块。介绍了系统开发平台与技术路线。详细给出了红线管理决策支持解决方案、各类红线辅助生成算法和嵌入式MapXActiveX与S30 9PictureBOXActiveX集成等关键技术。This paper discusses the total structure of a management information system of the urban red line in planning based on embedded GIS. The function-modules that are query for the red-line, the red-line building, the red-line measuring, the red-line statistics, the index analyzing and rough drawing , etc, are designed and implemented on the PDA system. The flat-stage of a system development and the techno-way are introduced at one time. The author gives detailedly in a resolving-scheme for the policy-making supporting of the red-line management with embedded GIS, the assistant building arithmetic on each , and the key-technology of the integration at embedded MapX Active X into S309PictureBOX ActiveX etc.
