摘　　要：论述青海省水资源开发利用的现状、存在问题以及因地制宜、因势利导确保水利可持续发展的策略与措施。The paper states the present condition, existed problem of water resource development and usage in Qinghai Province. It also states the tactics and measure for ensuring the continuativable development of conservancy by suiting measures to local conditions and making the best use of the situation.
