摘 要:本实验进行了不同雌雄比对海带雌配子体发育的影响。结果表明:雌雄比(鲜重)为 1∶1及2∶1,实验组出现排卵时间最早,且发育率高,实验第 20 天,发育率超过 70%,孢子体正常。5∶1,10∶1,20∶1实验组随着雄性比例的减少,发育率逐渐降低,随着培养天数的增加,三个实验组均出现未受精卵及畸形孢子体,雌雄比越大,未受精卵数目越多。The effects of different ratios of female and male on the development of Laminaria female gametophyte were studied. The result shows that the development rates of female gametophyte are similar in the ratios of one to one and two to one. The development rates are both over 70% on the twentieth day and the young sporophytes are normal. For ratios of five to one, ten to one and twenty to one, the development rates of female gametophyte are lower. There are some unfertilized eggs and some young sporophytes are abnormal in these three groups. With the increasing of ratio of female and male, the number of unfertilized eggs is larger.
