摘  要:为保证三相桥式相控整流器的正常运行,同步电压与主回路电压的相序相位必须匹配,目前通行的方法是通过倒相序和测量波形确认。通过对变压器接线组原理进行分析,找出电网不同等级电压的内在联系,据此设计了同步信号产生电路。然后对感性负载电压电流的相位关系进行分析,并设计了相序相位自动推算算法。最后根据该算法设计了相序相位自适应相控整流器,并用于电机调速装置中。与传统相控整流器相比,在降低成本的前提下,解决了人工确定相序相位的繁琐过程。For normal operation of three-phase bridge rectifier, phase sequence and phase of synchronous voltage and main circuit voltage must match, current method is exchanging phase sequence and measuring voltage wave. By analysis of transformer's connection symbol and the inner relation of different voltage grades of power network, a synchronous signal generation circuit is designed. Phase relation of voltage and current of inductive load is analyzed and phase sequence and phase calculation algorithm is designed. By using the circuit and algorithm, the valid synchronous signal, phase sequence and natural commutation point of six line-voltages of main circuit all be worked out. By using the algorithm, phase-controlled rectifier with phase sequence and phase self-adaption is designed, which is used in a motor drive device. Compared to traditional phase-controlled rectifier, this method decreases cost and avoids the complex process to determine phase sequence and phase artificially.
