活络止痛汤对模型大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察活络止痛汤对类风湿性关节炎的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分组,用组胺致大鼠背局部皮肤急性炎症模型,静脉注射伊文思蓝后,观察药物对大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的影响。结果对大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性影响的皮肤蓝染面积和吸光度测定实验显示,活络止痛汤大剂量组、中剂量组、对照组与空白组比较有显著差异;活络止痛汤大剂量组与对照组、活络止痛汤中剂量组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论活络止痛汤大剂对大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性模型的抗炎作用显著。Objective To investigate the effects of Networking-Quickening Pain-Relieving Decoction (NQPRD) on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Rats were prepared as acute inflammatory model in the local skin of back induced by histamine injecting at first. Then, these animals were randomly divided into treating groups treated with NQPRD at various dosages and model group treated with nothing. The effects of NQPRD on the permeability of cutaneous capillaries were measured by measuring stained skin area and absorption spectrometry following the injection of Evan's blue intravenously. Results There were significant differences present among the indexes measured in the group with higher dosage of NQPRD and measured in other groups (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion NQPRD holds significant anti-inflammatory effects brought about by inhibiting the capillary permeability.
