河南小麦生产效率数据包络分析

摘　　要：采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对河南23a小麦生产效率变化进行时序—截面分析.结果表明,小麦生产全要素生产率(TFP)呈现波动上升的趋势,增长的贡献主要来自技术进步,综合技术效率增长的制约因素主要来自规模效率的下降.与全国平均水平相比,河南小麦生产综合技术效率偏低,1993年以来虽然有较大改善,但仍缺乏竞争优势.The efficiency of wheat production in Henan Province in 23 years has been analyzed on panel data by Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) method.It is found that the change of Total Factor Productivity (TFP) in wheat production presents waving and rising trend.The rising of TFP should be attributed to the technical progress.The main obstacle factors on the rising of efficiency are the dropping of scale efficiency.Compared with the average level in China,the CRS technical efficiency of wheat production in Henan Province is on the low side. It has been improved since 1993,but still lacks superiority in the competition.
