WA-I型光学纤维直接喉镜用于气管内插管的研究

摘  要:将自行研制的WA-Ⅰ型光学纤维喉镜和普通Macintosh喉镜用于普通病人及喉头较高的插管困难病人,观察声门显露情况。结果:对普通病人显露声门全貌率,普通喉镜组为22.2%,WAⅠ型光学纤维喉镜组为10O.0%(P<O.01);对插管困难病人,WA-1型光学纤维喉镜组为73.7%。可见,WA-Ⅰ型喉镜无论用于普通病人或插管困难病人其显露声门全貌率均优于普通喉镜。We used the WA-I fibre-optic laryngoscope made by ourself and Macintosh laryngoscope to perform endotracheal intubation for common patients and patients with trou ble in intubation and used the exposure of glottis as the indicator for determining the advan tage of WA-I laryngoscope.54 common patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:GroupⅠ(n=27), Group Ⅱ (n=27);38 patients with difficulty in intubation were desig nated as Group Ⅲ (n=38). Macintosh laryngoscope was used in Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ.The results showed the rate of exposing of whole glottis was 22.2% and 100.0% in Group1 and Group 1, respectively (P<0.01), 73.7% in Group Ⅲ. In conclusion, WA- Ⅰfibre optic laryngoscope in performing intubation not only suitbable for common patients but aslo for patients with trouble of intubation.
