摘 要:采用离体心脏工作模型,观察了1,6-二磷酸果糖冷心停搏液(FDP)抗心肌缺血复灌损伤的效果。结果表明,氧合或非氧合FDP都具有减轻90min缺血心肌复灌损伤的作用,效果相同。与对照组(St.ThomasⅡ号液)相比,FDP组复灌后心功能恢复较佳,心肌水肿轻,磷酸肌酸激酶释放少,过氧歧化酶活性也仅轻度升高。作者还对FDP抗心肌缺血复灌损伤的机理进行了初步探讨。Using in vitro working model of heart,the effects of fructose 1,6-diphos phate cardioplegia (FDP) against the injury of ischemic and reperfuse myocardium were in vestigated.Results showed that both oxygenated and nonoxygenated FDPs were able to alle viate 90-min ischemic damage of myocardium after reperfusion,with the same good results.Compared with the results in control group (St.Thomas Ⅱ cardioplegia),the recovery of cardiac function was much better,myocardial edema and CPK release were less,and SOD activity was only slightly increased with FDPs,after reperfusion.The mechanism of FDP against reperfused myocardial damage is also discussed.
