摘  要:实验用光镜、电镜和形态计量学方法,动态地观察中药丹参对低氧大鼠腺泡内肺动脉(IA-PA)构型重组过程的影响。结果证明:丹参不仅能扩张IAPA管径,减轻低氧对内皮细胞的损伤(4d),还能阻抑IAPA肌化增强现象。提示丹参在阻抑低氧性IAPA构型重组和肺动脉压升高方面,具有十分重要作用。By use of light-and electromicroscopic and morphometric methods,we studiedthe inhibitory effect of radix salviae miltiorrhizae(RSM)on hypoxic structural remodeling ofintra-acinar pulmonary arteries(IAPA).The results showed that,compared with H+NSgroup,RSM conld prevent endothelial cell damage of IAPA induced by hypoxia and dilatethe IAPA from the 4th day of hypoxia;after the 14th day of hypoxia.It could also inhibitthe medial hypertrophy of muscular arteries and muscularization of non-muscular arteries.Therefore,it is concluded that preserving the endothelial cells and dilating IAPA by RSMplay a key role in inhibiting structural remodeling of IAPA and pulmonary hypertension.
