手术创伤对人白细胞介素2及其受体的影响

摘　　要：本文检测了16例因胆系结石行择期手术患者外周血单个核细胞白细胞介素2（IL-2）产生及其受体（IL-2R）表达的变化。结果发现，术后4d，患者IL-2产生及IL-2R表达较术后明显降低，且上述异常与患者淋巴细胞增殖受抑相一致。提示：手术创伤介导的IL-2产生减少及IL-2R表达受抑是术后T细胞免疫功能异常的重要原因。To elucidate mechanisms of immune abnormalities induced by surgical operations,we measured Interleukin 2(IL-2)production and Interleukin-2 receptor(IL-2R)expression by peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 16 patients with biliary system stones.Compared with preoperative levels,IL-2 production and IL-2R expression were signifcantly reduced 4 day after operation,and the reductions were consistent with the suppression of lymphocyte proliferative response to phytohemagglutinin.These results indicate that the reduction of IR-2 Production and the suppression of IL-2R expression are important mechanisms underlying the defective cell-mediated immunity seen in the patients following surgical operation and trauma.
