流行性出血热患者肝、肾组织免疫复合物检测及其意义

摘　　要：对流行性出血热患者尸检肝脏及肾脏各2例，进行了组织病理与免疫病理研究。流行性出血热患者肝脏细胞有超微结构损伤，在肝细胞及肝窦内皮细胞中可检出特异性病毒抗原，并可见IgG、IgM沉积的免疫荧光。肾组织中肾小管损伤明显，肾小球也有不同程度病变，在肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞，肾小管上皮细胞基底膜及肾间质内可检出病毒抗原及IgG、IgM、C3。上述结果表明特异性免疫复合物在流行性出血热患者肝、肾损害中起到重要作用，但是病毒的直接作用也不可忽视。The pathological and immunopathological changes in the autopsy liver and kidney tissues of epidemic hemorrhagic fever patients were investigated by using pathological and immunohistochemistry techniques.The ultrastructural injury have been found in the hepatocytes of the patients.There were specific viral antigens,immunoglobulins and C3 precipitates in hepatocytes and hepatic sinusoldal endothelial cells.The tubular lesions in kindey tissues were apparent and the pathological changes also have been found in the glomeruli.There were precipitates of immune complexes in glomerular vasoular endothelial cells,base membrane of tubular epithlial cells and interstitial of kidney.The experimental results showed that the specific immune complexes may play an important role in the mechanisms of liver and kidney injuries of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever,however,the direct injury caused by Hantaan virus should not been negleted.
