摘 要:本文应用交叉免疫电泳方法研究离体全血和尸血补体第三成分(C3)的裂解率与死后时间的关系。将离体全血孵育于不同温度与时间,观察到温度越高、时间越长,C3裂解速度越快。死亡时间与尸血C3裂解率呈正相关关系,其推断死亡时间95%可信区间为死亡时间±12h。若同时考虑尸体直肠温度,推断死亡时间95%可信区间为死亡时间±6h。说明,根据C3裂解率可较准确地推断死亡时间。Complement 3(C3) cleavage of blood from normal person or cadavers was studied by cross immunoelectrophoresis.By incubating whole blood at different temperatures and for different duration,we found that the higher the temperature and the longer the time,the faster the C3 cleavage.With cardaveric blood,a significant positive correlation between the C3 cleavage and the postmortem intervales(PMI) was showed.The 95% confidence of predicating PMI was±12 hours.When the C3 cleavage rates as well as the rectal temperatures were taken into account in combination,the 95% confidece of predicting PMI was±6 hours.The results showed that it is possible to estimate PMI more accurately from the rates of C3 cleavage.
