甲亢治疗前、后血清胰岛素和C肽的变化

摘　　要：观察３２例甲亢患者治疗前及治疗后馒头餐试验血糖、胰岛素、Ｃ肽释放曲线的变化。结果显示：治疗前甲亢患者餐后血糖释放曲线高于正常组，尤其在３０、６０ｍｉｎ两点与正常组有显著性差别，胰岛素及Ｃ肽释放曲线餐后也高于正常组，但统计学处理无差别；治疗后甲亢患者餐后血糖、胰岛素、Ｃ肽释放曲线恢复正常。elease curves of blood insulin and C-peptide stimulated by bread test are analysed before and aftertreatment for the hyperthyroidism in 32 cases. It is found that stimulated blood glucose level of the pa-tients is significantly higher than that of normal controls at 30 and 60 minutes.The blood insulin and C-peptide levels are also abnormally higher though not statistically significant.After effective treatment for the hyperthyroidism,the postprandial release curves of blood glucose,insulin and C-peptide return backto normal.The results show that hyperthyroxinemia in such circumstances has not irreversible effects onthe function of pancreatic βcells.
